Is it possible to somehow get a link to a media topic after it has been published in a group?
In the method response, I get the topic ID, but it does not match the topic ID from the web version.
mediatopic.post method returned id to me: 67814792386136
and on the site id: 67691302122925

You can create a link to a topic based on the knowledge of the topic author and topic id:
For a group topic: https://ok.ru/group/GROUP_ID/topic/TOPIC_ID
For a custom topic: https://ok.ru/profile/USER_ID/statuses /TOPIC_ID
