How can I get the app secret key and other settings if they were sent to an outdated email address?

Good afternoon. I have created an application. But the settings for the app went to my old email address [email protected], which no longer exists. Then I realized that I forgot to update my mail in my account settings and updated my email address to [email protected] After that, I created a second application, but the settings still went to the old email address.
I would like to get the settings for the current mail associated with the account for both applications I created.
