How can I get data from site A to site B?

Good afternoon guys!
There is site A, which has a schedule of visits, there will be site B, where this schedule will need to be duplicated. But to site B, it should be taken from site A.
I don't fully understand this, please correct me if I'm wrong. In fact, site A needs to have or create an API in order to receive the data I need. Is it so? Or is there another way to get this data?
