How can I force the laptop to display an image only on the 2nd screen?

There is an ancient HP Pavilion DV6-2110ER laptop with ATI Mobility Radeon HD4650 graphics on win10, which is permanently connected via HDMI to a BenQ GW2765 monitor.
After turning on \ reboot \ hibernation, you constantly have to climb into it and switch the output of the picture - how to avoid this? The laptop is located inconveniently and it is difficult to climb into it

In a similar question, I suggested imitating a closed lid with a magnet, but in that case, the laptop did not respond to the power button when the lid was closed, but you can try this option
. It is very strange that the laptop does not remember the previous setting and continues to turn on its screen
