I have a problem with the site just flooded and there instead of letters porridge from ????????? such questions. On the site where the server encoding is UTF-8 --- Unicode (utf8).
In my database it cost (Open server) ----UTF-8 Unicode (utf8mb4). How can I fix this. Tried in file
mysql_query('SET NAMES utf8'); Did not work out(
