How can I find out where my e-mail is registered?

I have been using Gmail for a long time, but it became necessary to close it. Can I somehow find out all the sites where I registered my soap, so that I can delete unnecessary accounts, and transfer the necessary ones to another soap.

There are no automated services for this.
There are two manual ways:

1. Find yourself on the web through search engines by email. On those sites where your profile is shared up to mail, you will find yourself.
   
2. Find letters in your mailbox with the words "Registration", "Registration", "confirmed *", "verification", and go to the profiles of the found services to change the mail to another one.
