How can I find out what data the application collects?

Hello, I need to see what data the application collects and what address it sends to (we are talking specifically about Vinteo), but I am a real unskilled mediocrity in software, so I have no idea how to do this. And if I somehow figured out the address, then it’s very tight with the data being collected.

If someone has the opportunity to help (briefly explain how to do this using the system (Windows 10) or with which application), I will be extremely grateful.
