Here on the site www.the-village.ru in the header you can see the traffic informer and there is a ball of these traffic jams.
How to get this number?
I looked all over the api of Yandex, but I did not find it.

The data there is still somehow obtained on the side of the backend, and stored at www.the-village.ru/traffic , the question is how the backend can pull traffic points from Yandex.
