How can I find out if QUIC is working on a website?

I installed nginx with quic according to this guide, added Alt-Svc, configured ports, and everything seems to work as it should, only one thing confuses me, I use Google Chrome version 98.0. in the nginx logs at this moment http/3.0, who to trust? and how to find out for sure which protocol is currently being used, and whether it is possible to use QUIC
