How can I explicitly set the column type when creating and writing a csv file?

Greetings!
In general, subject.
The problem is that some columns start to be displayed as Excel considers more correct, but I need to explicitly set the display style.
For example, the number 2.6 (the number is needed with a dot) it shows as 2.Jun
Only for the sake of this you don’t want to fence xslx.

@PavelK

CSV does not explicitly specify the type.
In CSV, you need to format the data in the right way.
For example, about 2.6 - apparently, your Excel expects not a decimal point, but a decimal point.
