How can I draw a temperature graph for a raid array?

Host hypervisor esxi.
It has an adaptec raid controller that runs on arcconf.
With what can you monitor its status and temperature and watch graphs?

If it sends snmp or something similar, then for example rrdtool + ruby/perl/what_there_else + cron. We poll, write to rrd, update the picture.
