How can I disable the display of recent projects?

Hello.
I have serious projects, I write in Visual Studio, but in my free time I sometimes go to indulge and create projects like "test" "test_del", in general, garbage, and it annoys me that when I enter Visual Studio, these projects are displayed to me, and I have to remove them, in general, in fact, I don’t like that recent projects are displayed, I don’t need it at all, can I somehow turn it off?
