How can I disable deletion of emails in Zimbra?

Actually the question is in the title. How can I prevent users from deleting emails (only possible from the "Sent" folder), or somehow limit the cleaning of the "Trash" folder?
So far I have found the "Cart" checkbox in COS, but it does not affect anything in the web interface.

As far as I know, it is possible to copy letters at the postfix level when sending them to another mailbox, perhaps this option will work.
