How can I deploy from Github to AppEngine in the cloud?

I asked myself a question and did not find an obvious answer ... It's
just strange if your code is hosted in the cloud, and the application too, and everything suits you, why is there no solution for this task in the cloud too?
Or is there?

Yes, everything works. Only not from github, but from AppEngine. By cron we pull the archive of sorts, unpack, manipulate with configs, restart/launch the additional instance.
