Good day. I wondered what to do if I had a .php file in the /admin/ folder of my module and after deleting it, when I navigate to the specified file in the browser, it pops up "The site bitrixstudio24.ru cannot process this request yet. HTTP ERROR 500"?

Error 500 is an Internal Server Error. Try to comment out the contents of the file and press Ctrl+F5 2-3 times.
If, after uncommenting the code, the error occurs again, then somewhere in the code they made a mistake

Just reset the full cache from the admin panel.

There is no file cache for modules in the admin panel. You are doing something wrong and apparently do not quite understand how the modules are arranged. I advise you to read how to make modules and why they are needed.
