How can I delete data about previously connected scanners?

The problem is that my photoshop won't open files or create new ones. Tried the latest version and nothing has changed. The search helped determine that it was a conflict with USB. I turned off the scanner and photoshop worked as expected. Later, turning off the scanner stopped helping (as well as physically turning off all devices connected to the USB). I found that I have a problem, which the screenshot will illustrate:

I think this number is due to the fact that I connect the scanner to different ports. How can I delete this data - suddenly it will help?
I have Windows 8.

There, in my article below, a registry branch with entries about scanners is tied to USB.
Backup and delete
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{6BDD1FC6-810F-11D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F}\

Try to remove all references to this scanner from the registry, most likely there will be many duplicates.
Make a backup first :)
