How can I cut out an area in a pdf file and save it as an image?
It is necessary to cut out an area in a pdf file that contains a transparent png image. The end goal is to keep this picture in the same place, but without transparency, however, it is necessary to keep what transparency we are giving us to see under this png. As an intermediate step , I solve the problem of cutting a rectangular area on a pdf and saving it to a jpeg file and then overlaying it in the same place, but without transparency. Suggested tools are php, java. Who faced something similar? How can this be implemented?

As an option, parse pdf into jpg, then take the desired jpg and pull the picture, and then glue everything back together.
