How can I create records in a database on a server with Django using a Python script?

Actually, subject. I am also interested in how to upload files to a server using the same script and create database records associated with them. So far, it only occurred to me to create a page with hidden forms and push data there somehow (how to arrange authorization and identification of a specific script instance?). I would also be glad to hear phrases by which you can search for similar cases and tasks. Thank you.
