How can you create a notification for the user when transferring a transaction with unfinished business / tasks (call, write a letter) if he sets these tasks / tasks for himself?

I tried through the business prowes but it doesn’t work, I didn’t go further than checking the stage and sending a notification.

This is where the API can help.
Hang up an event handler to change the deal, check the desired stage. Then, by the transaction id, you get a list of all cases, select unfinished ones from them and send a notification to the user
