The essence of the question is as follows: being a partner of a certain affiliate program, I want to create my own on the basis of my affiliate account,
i.e. sub-affiliate. so that "my" affiliate program will download data from my account on the basic affiliate program. and issued in accordance with the specified parameters % to users already on my affiliate program.
