How can I contact technical support via a browser on a commercial tariff plan, without a desktop application, in the cloud Bitrix?
I remember that before that it was possible to contact technical support only through the desktop application under Windows, and through the browser it is not clear how to write to them. The tariff plan is commercial, not free. The application cannot be installed.
