How can I connect a computer to a different subnet?

Hello, I'm just a novice system administrator and at work the question arose that the computer needs to connect to another on the same subnet, and the computer itself is on a different subnet where the cable goes, I don't know (I haven't figured out the network yet) in this subnet (to which you need to connect the computer ) there are no free ports on the switch and there are 2 more routers ( they seem to be connected to the server ) . The network itself in the department is peer-to-peer ...

From this question it is clear and obvious only

I'm just a beginner system administrator

everything else is just some kind of stream of consciousness ...
First, draw a diagram - what goes where, what goes where and where it goes from - it will come in handy ...

It may not work if they are in different vlans on the switch / Assuming that different networks are in the same vlan (nonsense) and you have Windows - register an additional IP address and mask in the network connection settings.
