How can I compare the contents of two directories on disk and display a list of files and subdirectories created on the same day?

We were given the task of comparing the contents of two directories on a disk (the disk name is specified as a parameter) and displaying a list of those files and subdirectories that were created on the same day (using BAT files). I've been thinking about the task all day but nothing happens due to a little experience with BAT files, how can I implement it? I hope someone can help)
