How can I change the resolution in youtube to 144p?

Actually I'm sitting through a modem, if you turn off 3G and turn on EDGE / GPRS, then this possibility appears. But if you stay on three gees, then you can set the minimum to 240p. Maybe there is software through which you can watch videos in this resolution?
