From Algorithm to Digital System: HLS and RTL tool Synthagate in Digital System Design

It is sold on Amazon in two versions: digital and paper. The price is not high, $5 and $10 respectively. However, they charge $50 for shipping a physical copy. And the digital version is not available for purchase in my country due to copyright.
Using vpn, I sort of bought it (on the site they wrote that everything went well, although the money was not withdrawn from the card).
But even here the trouble is, in order to read this book, you need an Amazon application, which is also not available in my country.
What to do, how to be?
