How can I bind options in OpenCart?

I know that there are paid modules and it's not a problem to buy, but I have heavily reworked the system for specific tasks and I'm not sure that everything will work fine. Maybe someone has done something like this? Give hints on how this can be done. It is necessary to make sure that the cost of another depends on one option.

@zoozag

Give hints on how this can be done.

1. The easiest way is to buy a module and see how everything is implemented there. As far as I understand the module Related options from 19th without iOnCube and you can safely look at its sources and edit it.
2.
I have redesigned the system
, so there should not be any particular problems with self-development of functionality. Judging by the description of the module from the first option, combinations of different options are created there and parameters for the combination are set (price, balances, etc.).
It is necessary to make sure that the cost of another depends on one option.
- it is not entirely clear whether the approach from the module is suitable for your task, because the principle of dependence is not clear.

If you need a dependence of availability and price, then it is in Related options from 19th as written above
... , discount, availability this is how it looks in the admin panel
