How can I be sure to pass a pause through a link in a phone number?

We make a link on the page of the form With a regular dialer dials only the number, without passing additional parameters (100500). When you put a non-standard dialer (ExDialer, 2Gis dialer), then on half of the phones it starts to add additional parameters. But on Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and 3, even when installing a non-standard dialer, it dials only the phone number. Where to dig?

No cure unfortunately. And the bug is precisely the Samsung dialers.
