How can I allow clients to create directories using xinetd?

Hello! I have a server up on Centos. The config file has the following arguments

/etc/xinetd.d/tftp:
server_args     = -c -p -u tftpd -U 111 -s /var/lib/tftpboot

On Cisco Archive, this is the path:
path tftp://192.168.56.2/Configs/$h/$h-$t
But the directory is not created, and accordingly the file is not written. What argument is missing from xinetd?

There is no concept of a directory in the TFTP protocol :) There is only the path that is specified by the root. TFTP is a very simple protocol.
