How can I add the parameter “filtering by availability of goods in stock” to the “smart filter” without creating an additional property in the infoblock?

There was a task to add to the smart filter the ability to filter by the presence of goods in stock. I was advised how to do this in a standard way, add the product availability property and why the agent should go through the infoblock and change the value of this property, specify the property itself in a smart filter.
The customer wants to add to the "smart filter" filtering by the availability of goods in the warehouse without changing the infoblock, without adding a new property for the elements. Is it possible to write a condition in the template so that a parameter appears and its value is sent to the catalog component as a parameter?

Small business and business has a shopping directory. There is a separate tab for the item Warehouse. The rest of the goods in the warehouse is recorded there. In the Stock component of the catalog there is a field for sorting Availability in stock. The same field can also be used for filtering
