Actually a subject. How can I change the visual style of the program using some ready-made free solutions?

I don’t remember who the author of these styles is, if you wish, you can probably find them, here are excellent styles , if you wish, you can remake them for yourself. Well, of course, WPF with blend gives a beautiful appearance, but WPF is WPF and, in general, not for everyone.
