How can I add custom hotkey processing to VSCode?

It became interesting whether it is possible to do this: you select a line, press the desired key combination, and it automatically turns into the construction you need. The simplest example, of course, is console.log() in JS. There are a bunch of plugins, but each of them behaves differently, sometimes dragging some extra stuff.

That is, I want such a kind of snippet, only through hotkeys.
