How can a WEB page get the current Windows username?

The authorities became interested in the idea of creating a corporate portal, which will publish information for employees. It would be possible to use the same Bitrix24.ua or free Redmine, but as a system administrator I am not satisfied with the fact that I have to create user accounts for the portal, and employees have to remember additional logins and passwords (most of the employees are women on "you" with technique). In our company, all employees work on Windows, and their accounts are registered in Active Directory on a domain controller; 1C is also tied to Active Directory. It turns out that each employee has only one login and password, and I want to keep this principle.
So the question is: is there a way to identify a user on a WEB resource using the current Windows login?
Alternative option: is it possible to implement user identification by IP address in the same Redmine? (I can set up IP address reservations on our DHCP server)

@Jeer

if you write under some asp.net, then in IIS turn on the "windows authentication" checkbox, nothing else is needed
