How can a product with the value ""out of stock"" be excluded from sorting?

HOW to exclude from sorting goods which are not available,
by default I have goods at the end of the list of goods, and when choosing - SORT BY PRICE - they change their initial position accordingly.
How to exclude from sorting products that are out of stock
