How can a media library be implemented for the visual editor?

You can share your thoughts on how you can implement something similar to what is done in the WP, i.e. inserting images from the media library, i.e. the same pictures do not need to be uploaded every time and all this is convenient. I am not asking for a 1 in 1 solution, because this will be the answer - cut the VP and see how it is done on tinymce, but I would like to come up with something similar for the blog section and it was on summernote, maybe someone came across this and did something similar (

In WP, it’s not that much that it’s heaped up on TinyMCE. The media library is a separate post type, with its own section in the admin panel. Each media file is an attachment entry in the wp_posts table, plus metadata. And on the post editing page, this is a popup where all this joy is, and the popup sends only a short shortcode for the gallery to TinyMCE. The media library itself and the popup are mostly implemented in Javascript (Backbone).
