The .fm domain zone is managed by BRS Media Inc. which is located in San Francisco. I strongly doubt that she will have anything up to Russian copyright, although of course nothing prevents her from trying - they all have contacts on the site.

Trademark registration here and beyond. A complaint to the .fm registrar about the misuse of the trademark and fraud, and most likely through the court - the result of the division of the domain, and since these data are fake, the body will most likely not prove anything in court.
