How can a junior with extensive experience in another language find a remote part-time job?

I have been developing for 1C for about 7 years. I want to get into web development. I study on my own, at the moment I have mastered to one degree or another: node.js, angular, vue, react. It is clear that it is enough at a superficial level, but something can be done independently and even works. According to personal feelings, I would cope with the tasks of a junior, as it seems to me. In any case, the two test tasks that I was given, I completed normally, but it did not grow together with the work for other reasons. But the problem is that I don’t really see junior part-time remote jobs. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place? The problem is that I’m not in Moscow, and there aren’t many offline vacancies in my city either, and I’m not ready to switch immediately with a loss in salary, but I’m ready to gradually upgrade.

I agree with Julia Bedrosova - you don’t have to go to a pure jun webmaster, there is no remote work for juns. From the word at all. If you know 1C - and you need to engage in dragging 1C into the web - integration with stores, various online solutions - here you can find not even a June job, but quite normal.

I will support Julia Bedrosova , and CityCat4 , and add:
- there is a fairly popular sector. these are add-ons over 1C with a web interface that provide non-standard reports, in non-standard sections and / or with original presentation forms. both intra-office use and on the high seas of the Internet, for example, for mobile devices (such as a boss at any time and anywhere, he can look at key indicators). there is a sea of creativity, and it is not necessary to master all web technologies at once. what is good for entering
- as a back (or middle for the point above), not necessarily php. .Net Core is cross-platform, demand is growing rapidly. and the corporate sector is dominated by .Net. if C# comes better php/node.js welcome to the .Net world. information support, including in Russian, ahead of the rest. as well as toolkit (VS)
- you can also look at java. comparable. but for me, .Net is easier, especially on Windows
- as a transitional step, for practice and mastering, you can try Windows desktop applications with a web interface (again, .Net will be easier to learn, but any mentioned stack is fine)

Search correctly, but the fact is that it is almost impossible for a junior to get a remote job.

No one needs juniors remotely, and especially part
-time employees. What is the point of the company to spend money and time on such an employee?

No way, June - solid losses.
Do you think you will do something for cheap? No.
You will do poorly and make mistakes in architectural decisions, choice of libraries, etc.
Nobody needs it.
Even remote middles are difficult shots, there are constant jambs, but there is also a lot of ambition.
