How best to divide the site into 2 parts in terms of SEO?

There is a personal site, name.com. On the main page, general information about the person (business card) + a few additional. pages (contacts, etc.). But a person has a small business of his own, and the question arose: where to place this business?
As a result, there are 3 options:
1. Place it on a separate site deloname.com/ru
2. Create a separate section on your personal website name.com/ru/delo/
3. Place it on a subdomain delo.name.com/ru
The business itself is called, for example , Ivan Ivanov Brewery.
There is also multilingualism (name.com/ru).

2. Create a separate section on your personal website name.com/ru/delo/

This will be better for the site as a whole, search engines do not like small pages. Develop the site in breadth and depth.

Now for the search engine "site" is exactly the domain (it doesn't matter what level). (neither in Yandex nor Google in "webmaster" you can add a folder as a site)
since the site is assigned a theme, owner, contacts, it would be more correct to allocate a separate site to a separate domain, which would be easier to manipulate in the future.

Place the case on a separate site deloname.com. That will be better for moving things forward.
Information about a person can be on a subdomain or on a separate site.

2. Create a separate section on a personal site name.com/delo/
It might be ideal for overall website reputation. Google don't prefer small pages so it would be better to add a category with proper page width and structure and headings. I have done this method for my essay help UK and you all can see my pages ranks in second page from nowhere in the hundreds.

Of course, it is better to do everything on one site. Sites need to be separated when there is a lot of content on completely two completely different topics. For example, politics and schizophrenia.
Even in the latter case, it's better to have one site if you don't have time to fill two sites with enough content.
If you are ready to create and support two large projects on different topics, then two sites are better.
Subdomains are just different sites. It's not worth talking about at all.
