How are the wires inside the SATA cable?

c6fcae4bc9c24bdbbdd1d1642802a7f2.pngIs the location of the SATA wire shown in this picture correct?
....
upd: the task was to connect HDD 3.5 to a laptop, for this we needed a sata extension cable. That's why I asked the question - "is the location of the SATA wire correctly shown in this figure?". Answer: Yes, that's right, I checked it myself by opening the sata cable.
udp2: advice to those who suddenly want to connect 3.5 to a laptop, carry ready-made solutions and don’t waste time and nerves, but if you still decide, I’ll tell you what you need: 1 SATA cable, an old SATA HDD board (from it you need a SATA connector, since the cable has a "mother" connector, then the laptop needs a "folder"), SATA power supply 12 and 5 volts. We take a sata cable, bite off one end and solder it with the connector of the old railway. We connect the cable and power to the hard drive, and only the connector made to the laptop is a profit! (Checked, I am writing from a laptop with such a connected hard drive :)).

@Spetros

Regarding the key, the assignment of the contacts is the same.
In the cable itself, the wires from the contacts for data transmission on one side go to the contacts for data reception on the other side and vice versa.
