Hello.
How are databases such as the online version of ConsultantPlus or Garant arranged? How do they store the full texts of documents and provide navigation through them? How are different versions of documents stored?
What is the best database to use for a project like this?

It is not clear where the base as such has to do with it, take the engine of any forum, information is stored there in the same way, including versions of posts.
