How are routing between Vlan configured on mikrotik CRS326-24-2S?
3 Vlanas (Vlan 2, Vlan 3, Vlan 4 ) were created on mikrotik CRS326-24-2S, the corresponding bridge_vlan2,bridge_vlan3,bridge_vlan4 were created. Users each work in their own Vlan. How to configure routes so that users on Vlan3 have access to Vlan 2 and Vlan 4

In the current configuration, hw-offload probably does not work for you. Reconfigure with one bridge following the wiki example.
https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/Br...
If you did everything right, assigned addresses to the bridges, and there are no deny rules in the firewall, everything should work without additional routes
Firstly, you don’t need to produce bridges for VLANs
https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:CRS3xx_serie...
Secondly, an L3 switch from CRS is like that, you won’t get more gigabit at all. And so add interfaces to the VLAN bridge, prescribe addresses and rejoice
Tell me a:
It means that the packets go back and forth as:
VLAN3 <--> VLAN2
u
VLAN3 <--> VLAN4
u
VLAN2 X VLAN4
So ??
