How are orders delivered from Amazon to Russia now?

Decided to buy some books on amazon. As far as I understand, for quite some time now they have delivered to Russia only through Priority Shipping. Please tell us how the process goes. As far as I understand, this is delivery by courier to the door?
And still not very clear with the prices. They have a price tag on their website.

"Books - Per Shipment Cost $21.99 - Per Item Cost $8.99"

but it says above

"Total shipping cost = "Per Shipment" cost + "Per Item" cost. „

After all, they won’t rip off for, for example, 5 books 22 + 5 * 9 = 67 bucks?
Or is it generally better to order through services like shipito?

Bought 2 kindle paper white + 2 amazon covers via polexp.com/ .

If you want to buy books, it is better to use the English and German Amazons. Personally, I have been doing this for a long time. At the same time, you need to look at the prices, it happens that it is cheaper in German and vice versa. Moreover, in the US you can't buy international edition (as far as I know), which can be 60 bucks cheaper with the same content.
