How are files exchanged between an Android 3 tablet and a Windows 7 computer?

As an engineer, I am "doomed" to work with a Win 7 computer.
At the same time, I am looking at a tablet for use on trips.

My set of requirements for the tablet:
1. Screen from 10 to 12".
2. Multi-touch + thin (!) Stylus.
3. Google services, including Gmail - are integrated into the system. That is, Gmail is the default mail
4. Operating time before recharging is at least 8 hours.Accordingly

, the study of the market of proposals showed that the HTC Poccini tablet, which should be released soon, is the best fit for me

. I did not see :)

1. How to exchange files (any!) Between the tablet and the computer?
2. Is it possible to plug a USB flash drive into the usb connector on the tablet and work with files on it?

1. I personally transfer files through dropbox when I'm too lazy to bother with microSD and a card reader.
2. Yes, you can, for example, my Acer A500 with native Android 3.0 works with most flash drives, and even sees an external usb drive.

I have a Zenithink zt-180 tablet.
There was an article on Abra about a review of this device.
1) I upload files through a microSD card. The laptop has a corresponding input. There is also a USB connector, it connects like a flash drive, if you connect it to a laptop.
2) Yes.

Regarding the USB flash drive:
If a USB port is provided there, then it will be possible. But I did not find information about it (USB port) on HTC Puccini. I just found there will be Android 3.0.1, and officially USB Host was added only in Android 3.1 ...

Regarding file sharing, you can share a folder on Win 7 and connect to it via Wi-Fi from Android (there are a lot of programs for it).

Or vice versa - on Android, raise an FTP server ( SwiFTP ) and access it from under any other computer.
