How are bitcoins created?

If roughly, then as far as I understand, in order to get bitcoin, you need to solve the problem. Computing resources are required to complete the task. After receiving the answer to the task, you have bitcoin. Correctly?
And further. What tasks are being solved? Is there any information about this. Or is it "tasks for the sake of tasks"?

The process of obtaining bitcoins is called mining
. The same task is always solved - the selection of a hash. This task is almost perfectly parallel. To date, it is customary to use custom chips (ASIC) to solve it.

The very first transaction in each block creates bitcoins out of thin air and transfers them to the account of the miner who managed to compose this block first. (Which, by the way, is not so easy to do)
