How are Adsence ban issues resolved?

Guys, welcome.
Faced with the problem of the ban. They write for "Invalid clicks". Although I have always followed the rules set by them, and ad units on my site are displayed only for authorized users.
They sent me with an appeal, although I didn’t expect anything else, because I heard about Google support as not the best. This is to put it mildly.
So here's the next question. I somehow came across media networks (air, yoola, etc.) and heard that they supposedly solve such issues for a percentage, but only for YouTube bloggers.
Tell me, are there any similar networks for webmasters?
Who found what solutions, if any. Please share your experience if you don't mind.
