How and with what to organize data exchange from the supplier with the store on Opencart?

- There is a store on Opencart.
- There is a provider that gives access to its api.
(API data is provided in JSON format (by default), XML and CSV)
How can I organize automatic updating of categories of my site relative to the supplier, as well as changing balances and prices?
Do you need some kind of module or do you need to do it using 1C?
