How and with what to draw an office layout with seating arrangements?

Comrades, please tell me how to solve the following problem:
I came to a new place of work with a team of about 60 people. It is difficult to remember everyone, but you need to communicate at least periodically with everyone. Know who to contact with what question.
To simplify this task, I drew a diagram of an office with tables on a piece of paper and signed a number in a circle next to each, and on the back of the sheet I compared the numbers and employees.
However, this option confuses me with its low manufacturability and the need for a complete update in case people change places.
What do you think is the best way to implement this electronic signature scheme?
The first thing that came to my mind was to sketch this circuit on a flash, but, alas, I am not familiar with this technology. How long do you think it will take for a complete beginner to implement what I have described on a flash?
Although I would prefer another option. Perhaps there are programs or services that will allow you to realize your plans with minimal preparation and effort, huh?

60 people is negligible. If the problem is precisely in “remembering everyone is difficult”, then you need to train your memory, drink iodine / glycine there or what they drink there (it is better to consult a specialist). I'm serious. Look at school teachers at least. After 20 years, they remember the students by surname and who studied there, where they entered and what they went to work with, and they know their current students from each class by heart, including family members. Just practice in everyday life.
If you need a detailed directory of competencies (well, who to contact with what question, who has what experience in what topics and areas, what certificates, etc.), then you just need to collectively compile it in a tabular form.

It feels like you want to replace the result with a process. Take any vector editor like Visio/OpenOffice Draw etc.

Recently, I use Microsoft Visio 2010 to design any diagrams and diagrams.
Very convenient, until I thought about changing.
The only negative is that Microsoft asks money for it.

in addition to free business graphics editors like Dia, there are also specialized programs like Friendly Pinger
