How about your cards?

Hello, hacker!
Introduction:
For a month I have been facing a problem in everyday life. I can't find a good solution. I decided to ask HabrRazum.
Essence:
You need a MobileWeb or MobileApp (iOS) application:
• create a text note + photo + current coordinates
• assign tags to notes
• view notes on a city map
• filter notes by tags
Why:
I constantly face the question: “What time does it work until this shop or the other? I need something: choose a place to stay, buy bait for fishing, visit a bank or other institution. As a rule, the question arises with the choice of location and time of operation of the object. I want to solve these 2 questions ...
It would be great:
• you are in a new place
• took out the phone, launched the application
• photographed the time of work
• added tags, description
• profit.
And in general, it’s lovely:
• you need to buy meat for barbecue and choose a place near the city for a picnic
• took out a phone, launched the application
• entered the tag “kebab” in the search for places
• received a list of previously marked places where I bought meat and grilled barbecue
• profit
Thank you for your attention !
I look forward to replies.

What's wrong with Evernote? There you can also bind to coordinates and set tags.

As mentioned above about Evernote. And there the coordinates are set by default, if allowed, and then you can see all the notes on the map right in the application, and determine the most favorable place for reflection))) You can set the notification date on the note, add a photo. It looks like there are no tags. Evernote also has an app, Skitch, which is more adapted with quick notes on a map, like these two can even complement each other.

For large cities (and not so) there are DoubleGIS base maps, there are schedules, working hours, a pretty smart search. There are native applications for mobile platforms, web, in the desktop version there are plug-ins with notes, etc. They also have an API.
And taking a picture yourself is a problem with recognizing the picture and the format in which the schedule is written. Do not enter it with your hands (I would hesitate).
