It would be very useful to highlight the posts of the topicstarter to see who is responding to the discussions.

I don't like the specific implementation in the form of a green background :)
But I really like the idea. IMHO, useful. More than once I caught myself on the fact that when I write a comment, I scroll up to see if this is the author of the question or not. I noticed several times discussions of other people who, after 10+ comments, only understood that they were communicating with the topic starter.

A very good idea, I would like to add only after reading the answers with comments, it also occurred to me that in the comments to the answer, it would not be bad to highlight the name of the author of the answer. Otherwise, with 10+ comments, you start to get confused about who is arguing with whom, is there even an author of the question there, is there an author of the answer, or just those passing by staged battles among themselves.
