Hotkeys for jobs in ubuntu?

I have ubuntu 14.4 and really like the jobs feature in it. The only thing I would like to change is to assign hotkeys so as not to scroll through them, but to select by seat number. There is also such a function, but it also transfers the active program. Is it possible to make sure that the program is not transferred, but the choice remains with the seat numbers?

Move window to workplace [1-0]
Switch to workplace [1-0]
