Heroku or any other free hosting (like 000webhost or zzz.com.ua)? For some reason, they poke a finger at Heroku, although there the server goes to sleep after 30 minutes of inactivity and then it needs time to wake up. And on 000webhost it happens that when you go to the site page, it says "No such website", although this page exists ...

If you need free hosting to test a bot, any hosting will do. If you want to use on prod, it’s better to take any VPS right away ( not DigitalOcean ). During my time I created a lot of bots, and I confidently declare, do not use hosting, and even worse, free hosting on the sale, but immediately take VPS
